모기지 레코딩 세금은  구매자가 대출 금액에 대해 

$500,000 미만 금액은 1.8% 

$500,000 이상은 1.925% 를 모기지 기록세,  Mortgage Recording Tax 를 지불 해야 합니다. 

예를 들어 $2,000,000 에 20% 다운된경우 $1,600,000 대출 금액에 대해 1,925% , $30,800 를 모기지 기록세로 지불하게 됩니다.
